Chelsea was amazing. I was a first time home buyer and she walked me through everything, gave advice when I was unsure how to go through the offer process. Pointed out all the things that could be wrong with a house, as we checked them, dates on water heaters etc. Very thorough. And when there was an issue, she fought to have it resolved.

I cannot say enough great things about Chelsea Kay and Gene Kay! My son called them up about a house they were interested in and not only did these 2 arrange a showing for this house, they arranged showings for 5 houses total on a Sunday. They showed up at 0900 am at the 1st house and spent the entire day with them. A lot of agents will show up, rush you through the home and then leave you. Not these guys. Gene meticulously goes over all the details almost like a building inspector would. They are non biased and point out the good and the bad of each home so that you can make an informed decision. My son had no hesitation in calling them to represent him because he had worked with them in the past and knew how dedicated they were to their clients. They truly go above and beyond! They literally gave up more than 8hrs of their Sunday to take the kids on an extensive tour of homes at a moment's notice. Zero pressure, just facts. In the end the kids opted to put in an offer on the 1st house they loved but now they were armed with a more balanced view of what they were taking on. Now we just wait for the building inspection! I cannot recommend Gene and Chelsea enough. I trust them 100% to help my son make a well balanced and informed decision and I know they will be there to guide them throughout the entire process in this exciting new adventure!

Working with Gene was a GREAT experience! As a first time home buyer in a difficult market it is very easy to be taken advantage of. Gene protected me every step of the way, right up to closing! As a negotiation expert he was able to help me come in well below my budget and with his obvious long term experience and home construction knowledge he was able to unearth, advise, and protect me from many red flags. Gene coordinated with his team of expert inspectors to complete the conditional period all within one week. His primary focus being the protection of his client (me). With Gene leading the charge we were able to do what I thought was impossible and close the deal, under budget, in 29 days.
